It is a privilege to be in a role that supports and develops the volunteers who lead ministries that have such a transformational impact on the lives of the children and young people of Scotland.

Thank you to all who have committed to supporting me in this ministry.

Prayer 2023

Please continue to pray for our volunteers as opportunities open up after the restrictions of the last three years. Pray especially for those looking too restart SU Groups in schools.

Spotlight, Equip, The Big ADVENTure, Connect Groups, SU Groups and weekends are all running this autumn. Please pray that the young people involved will have a real encounter with God

Financial Support

Thank you to all who have supported the Volunteers Department financially this year, contributing to our role in supporting volunteers. We are so thankful that our support has increased this year.

If you are able to support the work of the Vols Dept financially please click on the link on the top right of this page.  The level of Volunteers Department staffing available to support our volunteers and regional staff is reliant on gifts from supporters.

Volunteering

As we move into 2023 there are many opportunities to volunteer at SU Scotland. For more information please visit the Current Volunteer Needs page of our website.

One area that we would love to see more volunteering is catering. There are many opportunities at camps and weekends for people to get involved in cooking as assistants or chief cooks.
