This is a certified Level 2 Food Allergy course.

It covers allergenic ingredients, their effects on the human body, and how to minimise the risks caused by allergens. It is suitable for anyone working in a catering environment, including Chief Cooks, Assistant Cooks and anyone providing snacks at an event.

When you decide you are ready to take the course please fill in the form below and the Volunteers Department will issue you with a code. You will then have 30 days to complete the course. Following the course you will be issued with a certificate from the training company and the SU Scotland Home Baking Rules sheet.
