Susan Gnadou

Susan joined SU Scotland in November 2025 as HR Advisor. This role is mostly behind the scenes as she deals with HR admin (e.g. issuing work contracts), recruitment & selection, staff induction amongst other things.

"I enjoy that this role interacts with all the different departments which means I get to visit staff across our different centres from time to time. 

I am passionate about staff wellbeing: seeing staff thrive and grow in their different roles, which is so important in our mission to effectively serve children and young people across Scotland!

About me: I am Franco-Scottish and bilingual, having lived mostly in France first as a missionary kid then as a missionary myself with the Christian Unions (GBU France) until 2024. My husband, son and I enjoy playing games, eating and travelling together."
