Sam Barge

Sam is the Communications Officer for the Office of Jeremy Balfour MSP. Sam studied at the University of St Andrews and has a Master of Theology, Divinity / Ministry. Sam is originally from Torrance, but now lives in Edinburgh with his wife Alex and baby son, where they attend Cornerstone Free Church. Prior to beginning working life, Sam had a long history of volunteering with SU, at holidays, missions and weekends and as a summer campsite assistant. Sam is a former member and chair of SU Scotland’s Student Executive (2016-2020).
