Finlay Lockhart

Finlay is the newest member of KYTHE, joining the team as a youth worker to provide maternity cover. Raised in a Christian family, he was actively involved in SU Scotland from a young age, both as a participant and later as a group leader. In earlier years, Finlay learned resilience and empathy—qualities that now shape his work. Inspired by the support he received from youth workers, he pursued a gap year role in a central London church, where he worked with a diverse range of young people. Since joining KYTHE, Finlay has been involved in planning and leading groups such as Chill’n’Chat, Youth Voice, Rooted, Friday drop-ins and the Kinross PS SU Group, building meaningful relationships and supporting young people on their journeys.
