Andy Bradley

Andy is the Head of Youthwork at KYTHE.
He describes himself as an exiled scouser who has been involved in youth work in many forms throughout the years. His first interest in youth work was through a ‘brilliant wee church youth group’ when he was a teenager. From that his grounding in youth work was in rural Suffolk and then the contrasting urban Glasgow! More recently, he has worked at Hot Chocolate Trust, a faith-based organisation working with young people in Dundee city centre. Andy loves that youth work communities are unpredictable, creative places where young people can develop their strengths and confidence at their own pace – places which can be transformational for everybody involved. Andy sees very clearly how much KYTHE means to the local community and looks forward to playing his part in growing the community.
