Go Conference
The Go Conference is SU Scotland’s national youth conference for S4-S6 pupils who want to grow in their relationship with God and understand how the Bible shapes all areas of life – home, school and friendships.
Explore
This year, we will be looking at the first six chapters of Joshua, from Joshua’s commission to lead Israel to the fall of Jericho. Joshua has big shoes to fill after Moses dies and his first mission as leader is nothing short of leading Israel into the Promised Land. Contrasted with Joshua, we will consider the figure of Rahab…an unlikely heroine with a legacy that she never could have imagined. Although they couldn’t be more different, Joshua and Rahab both trust in God and become key figures in God’s plans, not only in 1400 BC, but for all time.
Respond
Joshua’s story isn’t just about one man’s military conquest… it’s a cosmic picture of God’s invasion of this world, His commitment to His promises and His people, and his plans for the new generation emerging today. How can we also take up the mantle of leadership and holiness that God calls Joshua to? What does it look like to be “strong and courageous” in 2025? Come to Go Conference and respond to the call that Jesus has put on your generation.
Flourish
Go Conference is more than coming to an event. It’s about going back equipped to flourish as disciples of Jesus at home, school and among your friends. We’ll spend time together hearing some of your stories and thinking through what might be possible where you live.
Where & When
Go Conference takes place at Scripture Union Scotland’s Lendrick Muir Centre near Kinross from Friday 10th through to Monday 13th October 2025.
Most Scottish schools are off this weekend. If yours isn’t, we’re happy to provide a letter about the GO Conference asking if they will let you attend.
A good public bus service connects northern Scotland to Kinross Park and Ride where participants will be met and taken to Lendrick Muir. Alternatively, a coach will run from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Lendrick Muir for an additional cost of £20.
Cost
The event costs around £120 and includes everything except the optional additional travel cost.
Places go very quickly for this event, so be sure to book soon!
How to book
Bookings for 2025 will go live in June.
