Explore Christmas is a free RME resource created by SU Scotland for children aged 8-11. In line with the Scottish curriculum, this resource will explore how and why Christians celebrate at this time of year. 

Over three video episodes, featuring young hosts, animation and interviews with school children, we unpack ‘the promise’, ‘the surprise’ and ‘the light’ of Christmas. 

Explore Christmas is accompanied by an extensive resource pack for teachers, including a wide range of cross-curricular activities. We have also created some resources for churches who may wish to adapt and use the resource - register below for free and instant access!
