Equip Events
Equip events aim to help young people think through their Christian faith in the face of the big questions of today and live it out each day. Come and hear God’s Word, be confident in who He is and connect with others.
Our programme includes a Bible talk, short group time and Q and A, as well as plenty of banter and fun!
Events run throughout the year in Edinburgh. Glasgow and the North East. Click below to find information on your local event.
(Please note, the Dundee event is no longer running)

- David is the Pastor at Southside Church in Ayr.

- Luke Thomson - Created to worship: How to have your heart in the right place.
- Luke is the Worship and Creative Director at Edinburgh Elim Church.
- 27 November
- Odele Harding - Walking in peace: How to cast your worries on to God.
- Odele is one of the Pastors at Abbeyhill Baptist Church.

- 29 January
- Angus Moyes - Living in harmony: How to tackle topics where Christians disagree.
- Angus is a lecturer in Theology and Ministry at the Faith Mission Bible College.
- 26 February
- Gavin Matthews - Living with purpose: How to discover and live out your purpose.
- Gavin is the Assistant Director of Solas, a Christian charity based in Scotland but working across the whole of the UK. The Solas vision is to share the good news of Jesus persuasively and equip Christians for evangelism practically.
- 30 April
- Alastair Bennett - Life in all its fullness: How to fight addictive, compulsive and negative behaviour.
- Alastair is the CEO for Bethany Christian Trust.
- 28 May
- Alasdair Fyfe - Standing firm: How to keep growing in faith.
- Alasdair is a retired Paediatric surgeon and elder at Cartsbridge Evangelical Church in Busby near Glasgow.

Equip Online is streamed from one of our local Equip events throughout the academic year, to be accessible for youth groups across the country. Streaming starts at 7:15 and the speaker starts around 7:30, the event typically finishes around 9pm.
