Associate Workers
Overview
The Associate Worker Scheme in Scotland began when a group of churches who had been working together, asked us if we would like to work with them in a new way. The idea was that they would get together to fund their own worker. This person would work about 70% of their time in the local schools and for the remainder of the time with the youth leaders in the churches, helping them with programmes, planning holiday clubs, running discipleship groups, etc.
