Back to School with God Sunday

Sunday 28 August, or what suits you.

Don't stop reading this because you think August is months away!  This is an ideal time to encourage your church to plan ahead and mark this date in the church calendar.  Back to School with God Sunday is an ideal opportunity to have a service to affirm support for young people and school staff, and encourage ongoing commitment to pray for them.

The theme this year is "Without a doubt", taken from the story of Peter's miraculous escape from prison in Acts 12.  Find out how the early believers RISKED IT to pray, how REAL THINGS happen when we pray, and how we need to REPEAT our stories so others can get excited about the wonderful things God does.

As usual, all you need is available to download from mid May, including an All-age service outline, PPT slides, short children's talk (NEW this year for those with only a short slot in a normal service!), children's activities for use in Sunday School or midweek club, poster, bookmarks, song.
