With 17 acres of park and woodland you can explore the outdoors and take part in a whole host of activity options. And if that isn't enough, Alltnacriche is in the largest of the UK's national parks meaning a huge range of other activities beyond the centre grounds.

Lendrick Muir

Just a short drive from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth. Lendrick Muir is set in 120 acres of beautiful countryside. With endless onsite activities this centre is ideal for groups of all sizes from 30 – 165. For more information see our website.

You’ll find three self-contained areas to suit different sizes of groups, each with its own kitchen and dining areas. There are comfortable lounges, meeting rooms, recreational areas, a huge sports hall, pool tables, table tennis and lots and lots of space. Over the years we’ve gradually added more outdoor activities, so there is never a shortage of things to do!

Gowanbank

Situated in the Irvine Valley, near the village of Darvel in Ayrshire, Gowanbank House is a remarkable gift given to SU Scotland in 2017. Read more below, or head over to the Gowanbank website

Set in 7 acres of gardens and woodland, we have altered this Victorian country home from a B&B, into accommodation for groups of up to 45 in 10 en-suite bedrooms.

Gowanbank House is the perfect location for youth weekends, training, church weekends, family events and school residential events. It provides a warm, cosy and homely feel, a world away from the hustle and bustle of Glasgow, which is only 30 minutes away.

Centres - Safety

All activities offered at our centres are governed by Scripture Union Scotland's written safety policy, which responds to the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Associated Regulations and in particular The Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 1996 (AALA). 

Scripture Union Scotland has been granted a licence by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) to provide adventurous activities for young people.
