Motiv8 Holidays are for children and young people from priority areas (communities significantly affected by poverty), and can be life-changing weeks; not just for the campers, but also for the leaders.

So what's the big difference?

Motiv8 Holidays differ in four main areas from regular SU Holidays:

• Children and young people are referred by Motiv8 Holiday Referrers
• Referrers send adults that the children already know to be part of the team
• There are two adults to every five children on a Motiv8 Holiday - this is a much higher ratio than other SU Holidays
• The team arrive at least a day before the children to be trained on how to work with children from priority areas
