Hi!

My name is Gill Proudfoot and I am the es-team worker for North Edinburgh.

This area takes in:

Queensferry High School       The Royal High School

Craigmount High School        Craigroyston Community High School

Broughton High School

...along with the 24 associated primary schools and 2 Special Needs Schools. We currently have 9 primary SU groups and 5 post primary.

My day-to-day roles as an es-team worker include involvement in assemblies, classes and SU groups as well as supporting the many volunteers in the area and partnering with churches to develop church-school links.

In the last 2 years it has been fantastic to see so many things happen as God is at work in this area; SU groups, prayer events and Holiday Clubs have started, as well as schools opening their doors (some for the first time) to the work of Scripture Union Scotland. Please join us in praying that more children and young people throughout Edinburgh would be able to explore the Bible and respond to the significance of Jesus within their schools.
