Biblefresh

SU Scotland - Biblefresh

A movement seeking to encourage and inspire churches across the UK to a greater confidence and appetite for the Word of God.

That fits exactly with our aims in SU Scotland so we're really excited to be one of the partners of Biblefresh and to help Christians in Scotland to get really stuck into the word of God.  Biblefresh partners include Evangelical Alliance, Bible Society and the Scottish Bible Society plus many more organisations and churches.

So what is it actually about?

For many in our churches the Bible has become tedious and toxic rather treasured, trusted and true. Biblefresh exists to help churches become more confident and have a greater confidence for Scripture.

Your church is invited to join Biblefresh in making 2011 the year of the Bible, making four simple pledges.

The four Biblefresh pledges encourage you and your church leadership to make practical steps towards these goals. Through the biblefresh website, book, leaders guide and e-letters we'll provide you with ideas on how to deliver on the Biblefresh pledges.

To sign up as a church or to be kept up to date, visit the Biblefresh website.  There also a wide range of resources and training opportunities, so make sure you take a look.
