Lendrick Muir has been a tremendous provision for SU Scotland's work with children and young people, a place through which God has blessed many people in remarkable ways since it was purchased in 1998.

About the appeal

We are now appealing to the generosity of the SU family, as well as trusts and other funders, to help us realise the next stage in the developing vision for the centre.  The total cost of this next development phase is likely to be well over £500,000 and our target for this initial appeal to SU supporters is £150,000.

Why is this level of investment in our centre needed now?

Firstly, it is vital that we continually improve the quality of experience for children, young people and adults coming for the first time, but especially for those making return visits.  A growing programme of outdoor activities attracts and excites young people, creating a sense of exhilaration and anticipation.  To this end, we have several exciting new activities in the pipeline!

Secondly, a recent surveyors' report on the condition of the Main Building has highlighted critical maintenance issues which require significant funds to address effectively.
